Sakura Season marks the full bloom of the cherished cherry blossoms, creating a sight to behold and signifying the start of spring in Japan. Our team in Ivy Asia will celebrate Sakura Season in style, with a show-stopping installation, delicious blossom-inspired dessert and cocktail.

From Wednesday, 20 March to Monday, 22 April, guests of Ivy Asia will be able to enjoy a beautiful installation of pink cherry blossoms adorning the entrance, bar and centre of the restaurant.

An indulgent Cherry Blossom dessert will also be available from Wednesday, 20 March to Sunday, 14 April created with a sweet cherry parfait, candy floss and petals. In further celebration, our bar team have concocted a tantalizing cocktail, The Sakura. The cocktail will feature Hibiki Harmony, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Martini Reserva Rubino, a dash of Peychaud’s Bitters, garnished with cherries, edible flowers and finished with a spritz of cherry blossom aromatics.
